Kalem speaks the OpenAI Realtime API directly (speech-to-speech, no STT/TTS round trip). You attach your own OpenAI API key and pay OpenAI directly for Realtime usage. We never resell or mark up OpenAI minutes.
Setup
- Create an API key at https://platform.openai.com.
- In Kalem → Settings → AI Providers, paste your OpenAI key.
- Pick a Realtime model (gpt-realtime or its successors) on the agent.
