Arabic UI infrastructure and RTL layout
Added /ar URL prefix with full RTL support, Arabic-friendly fonts (Cairo / IBM Plex Sans Arabic), and a language switcher in the navigation. Initial copy ships in English and Arabic; additional Arabic translations land progressively.

Kalem now publishes /llms.txt, /llms-full.txt and a /.well-known/ai-plugin.json manifest so LLM-powered search engines (ChatGPT search, Perplexity, Claude Web) can describe the platform accurately when users ask about voice AI agents.

Pricing simplified to BYOC engine fee
Kalem bills a single $0.04/min engine fee. OpenAI Realtime usage and telephony are billed directly by those providers with no Kalem markup. The free tier is now 100 one-time minutes with no credit card required.

Customers can now bring their own SIP trunk and route calls through Kalem without re-purchasing numbers. Validated against Twilio Elastic SIP, Telnyx, Vonage Voice and any standards-compliant SIP provider.
