HubSpot + Kalem

Sync contacts and log calls to HubSpot.

Push every Kalem call (recording link, transcript, summary, disposition) to the matching HubSpot contact or deal. Supported via webhooks today; native HubSpot app is on the roadmap.

Setup

  1. Create a HubSpot Private App with Contacts + Engagements scopes.
  2. In Kalem → Settings → Webhooks, add a webhook for call.ended.
  3. Map the webhook payload to HubSpot Engagement API.
